As a member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with top companies and talent in your market. By utilizing an approach that has been success-tested, you will create balanced connections and build lasting relationships, establishing isgSearch as the go-to partner for organizations.


Responsibilities:

  • Researching and following up on new business development leads for client development.
  • Cold Calling
  • Working closely with our very talented Sourcing and Recruiting teams to attract the very best Information Technology professionals.
  • Building a strong network and list of contacts for Business Development.
  • Identifying, verifying, and fulfilling job requirements.
  • Exceeding client satisfaction and ensuring successful placements through continued and thorough follow-up.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of proven IT recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on account management and client development.
  • Disciplined cold calling execution
  • Consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas and activity targets.
  • University or college degree is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with an open mind and a willingness to continually learn and improve.
